I feed my dog Hills Science Diet, is there any other dog foods that are rated better?

The answer can be hard to determine in today's day and age when every brand on the market is claiming to be a premium brand. Here are three brands I'd feed my own dogs (and that's saying a lot). Canidae is the first. Canidae is an all-natural dog food that contains more than 50-percent high-quality meat proteins. The food also contains digestive enzymes that are similar to those found in nature. Avoderm is my second choice. AvoDerm has a baked variety that is very gentle on his stomach and gives him energy, health and a nice and shiny coat. If you have a dog who has frequent skin infections, dandruff or a sub-par coat, AvoDerm is probably the brand for you. The third of my recommendations is Solid Gold. It's another great dog food that uses all-natural ingredients and no artificial preservatives. I recommend that even though it costs more upfront, you should make sure you feed your dog only the best dog food and not a cheap store brand. The ingredients really do make a huge difference in the health of your dog.
