I am trying to find a tree that has orange flowers/blossoms (not the fruit) for a memorial anyone know of on?

There are a couple options that i found for you . One tree is called Poinciana-Delonix regia. It has a very pretty orange flower that blooms from it.

Another option is the Corymbia (Eucalyptus) ficifolia 'Orange Splendour'. The plant is native Australia.

Probably my favorite of them all is the African Tulip Tree. Gorgeous flowers . I think this would make a wonderful memorial tree for you .
