I am shopping for a refrigerator which will fit in a 20 inches wide. height is not an issue but I am hoping that I get about 8 to 10 cubic feet space

Ok, not that its not possible, but the most cubic feet of space that I could find in a frig to fit your space is a 19" at not near enough Cu.Ft., next closest was a 20 1/4" , these are around 4.5 cu.ft, ...now if you could get the hammer out (just kidding!) and squeeze out about 3-4 inches, you could go with a 23 5/8 frig which gets you up to apprx 6.0 cu.ft.  , perhaps someone else has another source for these...I will look a little bit more and if I come across something I will post it....thanks!

ok, update time:  northland  18" wide 10.5 cu.ft.  , I am scared to go find the price! LOL , be right back...
