I am planning on having lots of candles at my reception the more the better and im looking for a cheap place to get them. We are on a very tight budget!

Try going to the dollar tree. Its a dollar store. Most cities have them. We decorated for my sister in laws wedding with several items from the dollar tree including floating candles, candle holders, paper decorations, streamers, flowers, and more. Its a really cheap way of doing it. Most dollar trees have the same products so you shouldnt have any problem finding them. One place you might want to look is overstock candles.  You have to watch what you are buying as they may only have so many in one color but they start at 1.85 a candle so very cheap!  Another place is Quick Candles.  You can get alot of votive candles for a very good price.
