Definitely the longer one. I love the way it just flows down and doesn't poof like most longer dresses.
Beautiful color! They do not look that inexpensive, great find. The detailing on the short dress is nice and creates a fun, youthful look! Short dresses are always perfect for outdoor weddings/receptions. The long dress has a simple elegance to it that is quite lovely. Another option is to go with both dresses. Many brides are going in different directions and staying away from the normal cohesive dresses. Both options are great. It's your day, the sky's the limit!!
Personally, I like the longer one better. It's more formal and "fancy." However, the shorter one would be more versatile for your bridesmaids. They might actually be able to wear it again to a party or something. Ultimately, the decision is yours, so go with your gut feeling. It's your day!

Both of the dress you have suggested are very pretty and I can see why it is a hard choice. There are a few questions you could ask yourself that would help you decide
1. The first dress is less formal, so ask yourself how formal you want your wedding to be. Tea length is very popular at the moment
2. Also ask yourself about your bridesmaids and their body shapes. Choose the style that you think would look the most flattering on them.
3. Also ask yourself what color you are choosing, one dress may look better in a certain color than the other
I personally prefer the first one, (tea length). I think it is more modern than the second one.
The prices are great.
