I'd suggest Bare Escentuals. I just tried this recently after about 20 years of wearing make up. The finish is more natural than other makeups I've used (Mac, L'oriel, Lancome). Their foundations are very light and add a nice glow. The eye concealer is amazing. The gloss is light, but will bring your lips to life. They also avoid dyes and sulfates.

If you want something with a little more punch, try Mac. Visit their site or a counter at Macy's. They have a huge selection of shadows, etc. It's a fun place to have the artists try something out on you. They also have a recycling program where you can get something free if you recycle the containers.
