I am looking to purchase a new laptop. I plan to run several virtual systems inside at once. I don't want a mac HP or acer. What is the best brand out there?

If you don't want a MAC (The best in my opinion) HP (One of the worst in my opinion) or Acer (Fairly new brand, probably not very reliable) I would suggest a Dell. Of all the brands I have had experience with Dells are some of the best. I know my father runs about 20 virtual systems on his every day for work. However they are not the best multimedia systems out there. I have not had very good experience watching DVDs (Last time I tried to watch a movie on one of their new laptops it skipped every 5 sec. which wasn't the DVDs fault, however it wasn't the the most powerful computer but should have been able to watch a DVD on) and playing games on them 9I haven't had too much experience with it but from what I have it just not great, but ok).

Comment by dylanwacker: This is the model my Dad uses. Not refurbished, but the same model. This is NOT the one I watched the movie on. It is unable to watch movies unless you download 3rd party software.

Comment by dylanwacker: I know you don't want a Mac but this a great computer that can run Windows via boot camp or Parallels/VMware Fusion I believe it's called. You can also use VMware Fusion to run many virtual systems.
