In that price range you are going to find a decent selection of black and stainless grills.

If you have a bigger family or cook for crowds:

At $320, the Brinkmann 5 Burner Gas Grill offers a side burner, an area to set grill utensils, a warming rack and the one of the largest main cooking areas for grills in the $300- $350 price range.

If you like something a bit more modern and innovative:

Weber is always great, as they have been in the business and they know what a customer wants.  That said, you pay a little more for that kind of expertise.  A 2 burner grill that runs about $360 is the Weber Q 320; nice styling, takes up less room than some other styles, warming rack.  The main cooking area is smaller than comparable priced grills.  No side burner.

If you need 'counter space' while you cook:

The Ducane Affinity 3100 gives you plenty of space to set plates, seasonings, utensils and more.  This 3 burner grill is on the lower end of your price range at $307 and comes in right between the Weber and Brinkmann for main cooking space.  No side burner here either, but does have a warming rack.

For all of the Extras at a mid range price:

The Broil King Crown 10 offers a Super 8 Infinity burner to eliminate any cold areas, cooking area similar to the Ducane, plenty of space for grilling supplies and a nice clearance for cooking roasts.  This retails at $325.

Any of these are good choices.  Your particular choice will depend on your specific usage.  Have fun, be safe grilling and enjoy!

There is a fine line to walk with grills. If you get one too cheap, they fall apart or they don't cook right. However, there is no reason to spend oodles of money. And if you want to spend oodles of money, I recommend the Green Egg. It is what all the professionals use but it is not a gas grill.
Anyway, things to consider, wheels or no wheels. I find that wheels are important, especially if you plan to have people over. You can then move the drill to other places. In saying that, I need to mention that if you are going to hook your grill directly into the gas outlet to the home and you get wheels, do not forget a gas line extension.
The portable gas grill by Napolean is cute for camping but if if this is for backyarding, not so recommended.
Be sure to get a cover, birds tend to nest in wintered grills.
