I am looking to get my mom a pay as you go cell phone, one that has no contracts, but is relatively cheap to use. Any ideas which phone is the best?

Right now the two prepaid companies are AT&T go phone, Verizon, and Virgin Mobile. All three offer phone starting at $30 and you can choose the plan that is right for you mom. Pay as you go, monthly plans, and even $50-60 unlimited plans are available.
