Kim has dedicated herself to making fitness a regular part of her daily routine. She has some great dvds out that target certain areas to firm up. The dvds are on sale too,so grab them while they last.
- Kim Kardashian Butt Blasting Cardio Step Reviews: They were overall good and the consumers really liked this product. They all said the same flaw,which was that the speed on learning the moves went to fast. They would of like to be able to slow them down and advance slowly.
- Kim Kardashian Amazing Abs Body Sculpt: The reviews for this one were more positive and mostly all of them said this was one of the best upper body workouts they have tried.

The newest of Kim Kardashian's work out DVD's is called 'Get into your jeans by Friday'.
It is one of a three DVD set. The product gets great reviews. People look at Kim as a 'real' person not a stick thin, want to be every other super model type body workout. The DVD sells for $14.99
