I am looking for product reviews on Bosch 500 series wall ovens. Specifically the HBL5055AUC model, please.

After careful research I was only able to find one very disappointing review on the Bosch 500 Wall Oven HBL5055AUC model.  Seven stores have discontinued this model at this time. The customer who purchased it said as follows:

• The lower broiler would not cook meat (got warm, never broiled)
  
• The convection oven shorted out
  
• The thermostat on the lower broiler neverworked.
  
• Thedoor hinges on the upper oven did not close completely and it wastherefore very noisy, heat escaped and the exterior of the oven wasdiscoloring.
  
• When the serviceman came to repair the convection oven hesaid the hinges were defective (an unusual occurrence) and he orderednew hinges.
  
• Buyer beware, Bosch does not havesufficient service centers throughout the Upper New York area, they areunresponsive as a company and their product is too faulty to want toput up with. Thumbs down.

You might want to consider a newer model I have attached or a similar oven by Whirlpool with better reviews.
