I am looking for cheap backpacks that are really cool but cheap. If not in a store then online but at a well known website so I don't get ripped off. Please include websites!!

You can check out your local department stores that carry them year round like Sears, Target & Walmart.  Another really great place is eBags when merchandisers get rid of their inventory they get sold at reduced prices to wholesalers who in turn pass the savings on to us the consumers.

If you are working with a certain budget then I highly recommend going to eBags and looking up backpacks by price point, a lot easier. Enjoy!
