I am interested in the 400 minute 1 year card.

I recommend the 400 minute, yet not a one year card, Tracfone Airtime Refill Pin, available at SpeedPin Mobile. It is available for $78.40, which is lower than buying the card from Tracfone itself or on EBay. The pin is delivered by email. Please note that sales or mobile refill pins are final - no refunds or exchanges.

Unfortunately I wasn't able to find a one year card with 400 minutes for less than the $99 or $98 they are going for.
