What's your price range for this dress?
For under $100, http://www.LightInTheBox.com has tons of short, designer wedding dresses. And they've got some sales on shipping going right now, too.
I like this one (pictured) in particular - very playful, but definitely a wedding dress. It's on sale right now for $79.99. There are several different color options for the dress itself and a whole bunch of color options for the sash.
I have no plans to get married for another 5 or 6 years, but oh my gosh I'm in love with this dress.
For a longer dress, you'll probably have to spend a little over $100. Here's a really simple, elegant long wedding dress with a train for $129.99.
This one (pictured) is $159.99 and kind of vintage-y/Victorian. If you've ever wanted to be a princess for a day, this might be your best bet ;)

Some prom dress shops have wedding type dresses for cheap!
David's Bridal is a great store with dresses for all price ranges. I have purchased many dresses from this store (never a wedding dress though).
http://www.Lilywedding.com is also another great place for inexpensive dresses that don't look cheap. I know people who have ordered from this site and loved their dress.
Also, watch the larger cities around you for bridal showcases. You can normally get discounted showroom dresses at these events.
