I love the shagged looking rugs! I have a red one to match my walls in my living room and it's great! You will find a black one pretty much anywhere they are sold, as black is a very common color. The Faux Sheepskin Area rug is more like an animal coat than the shagged look, but it is very similar and usually cheaper. The Synthetic Shag Rud is probably more of what you are looking for. The Contemporary Modern Rug is also very nice, but it all depends on what colors your walls are.
