I shampoo daily and use condition daily as well, I also leave my conditioner in while I finish my shower. I use It's a 10. I use a shampoo daily and once and sometimes twice a week I use the Miracle Hair mask, the other days I use the conditioner, I follow up with the leave-in condition. It has really made my hair really nice and smooth. Although, it is expensive to get all four products, it is worth it. If anything I would say to get the hair mask.

Honestly it depends on the type of hair you have. Some hair dries out faster if you wash every day. I have frizzy and dry hair. So I shampoo and condition every other day or every two days. This way my hair stays healthy and it causes less split ends. I use Herbal Essence. It's cost effective and works great.

I TOTALLY understand!!! I also have dry hair. A good way to keep your hair is shiny and smooth, is to use a lot of conditioner, and just a little shampoo. Use leave in conditioner (just leave in a little of your regular conditioner), and deep condition, weekly. Did you know that you can actually clean your hair with conditioner? What I typically do is wet my hair, load it up with conditioner, let it sit while I finish my shower, then rinse. I only use actual shampoo once per week.
Some good conditioners:

It is also good to add a little JoJoba Oil to your hair, as it is the closest natural oil, to the sebum that our skin and scalp produce. Just take a little bit, rub into your hands, and smooth over your hair:

When it comes to deep conditioning, you can try a variety of deep conditioners, if you like. However, often they aren't different from regular conditioner, and just are more expensive. It is just how you use it. I recommend taking your favorite conditioner, adding some jojoba oil, mashed up avocado or honey (both natural moisturizers or humectants), and load up your hair with it (after using your clarifying shampoo), and leave it in your hair overnight. When you get up in the morning, rinse it out, and your hair will be stunning!
Best of luck!
