how do I measure my dogs for the reflective collar w/ the reflective stripe (Item # REF) please? should I measure their neck w/ the measuring tape reasonably snug and then order the collar that's closest to that measurement please? Thank you!

Measure the dog's neck and choose the collar that is closest to that size. The collars are adjustable.
