Skate shoes, better known as "Heelys" are a lot of fun, aren't they? Who would have thought you could have a cool pair of tennis shoes that turn into skates?
The great thing about these is they really are not expensive, and there are a lot of websites that sell them. While sometimes they can go to $80 or more a pair, there are a lot that are available for about $30.
Remember though, most stores do not like it when people flip open their Heelys and fly through the aisles.
I've added some samples with this answer of these cool shoes, which can be purchased at http://www.amazon.com the most inexpensively, at about $24. They come in all sizes, including youth and adult.
