hi im trying to shop around for a good bag that i can take to school for 6th form business A level course so i need to find something with reasonable paper storage and must be able to hold my 17 inch laptop and charger. i really like the look of the Speck

Oh I know exactly which one you are talking about. At least I think I do. Haha. The Speck seems to have more of a backpack look to it rather than a more feminine bag or something that just simply holds your laptop with little to no room for anything else. The Speck is nice so what I did is found several others with that same look for you and a few with a different look.

Mobile Edge has an Alienware notebook pack that is very similar to the speck and looks to have the same amount of room. It's very plain and more classic to its look. It runs around $50-70.

Tamrac has one for around $90. Now it really holds everything including a full sized headset, notebooks, laptop, you name it! Definitly one that you should give a look to.

Fellows offers the backpack style but it is toned down and a lot less expensive coming in around $25. You may want to check it out to see if it has the right amount of room for you.

Clark and Mayfield had one that I thought was at least worth a look for you. It's not a backpack style but has a ton of room.

Tony Perotti has an Italian leather style that also may work for you.
