Their microwaves rarely have a problem and GE has good warranty service. Sharp does not make as many models but they have a solid reputation. Jenn-Air and Kitchen Aid is extremely good quality if you are willing to spend more. In order of budget - as we are all trying to get the most bang for our buck these days and any responsible store has to make sure to give the most value for the dollar.
