Sorry to hear you are having such a problem with your washer.  I have contacted Lowe's and Sear's to ask them about the problem you are having.  Both customer service representatives were willing to help out.  They wouldn't tell me if they had the part in their stores but were willing to talk about it.  They said it could be just a simple fix.
