They're not going to have a guide to take apart a laptop but i used to work on them and still do..
1. Look where it says Presario 900 where the power button is above the keyboard.. there is a tab you can pop this off
2. you will find 2 screws that hold down the keyboard remove the screws and remove the keyboard once removed you will see a wire coming from the LCD screen... some Laptops have Video Cards so check that. its a thick wire.. you can not miss this it will be right below the screen....
3. put back together the same way you took it apart.

But before you do that try this just to make sure its not the Motherboard on the back of you laptop you have a VGA port plug up a monitor to it on your keyboard find the Fn key and find the F8 key push them down together at the same time and video should pop up on the monitor if not it might be the Mother board.

MakeĀ  sure you don't use a magnetic screwdriver, and if you can, use a anti-static wrist band.
