An Older phone
The version of your phone must have GPS built in.  It is does not have GPS built inside the phone you will not be able to use any software.

A Newer Phone
If you have the new razor all you need to do is subscribe to VZNavigator for 9.99 a month and you will be able to use the GPS sofware on your phone.
