There are many things out there that can be a great gift for a One Tree Hill fan because it is a very popular show. Seasons 1-6 are all currently available for sale on DVD. You could also go with some clothing, a sweatshirt, or t-shirt would be nice.Or, if you are looking for something simple and cheap, a poster of either the entire cast or their favorite character would be great!
