I want to purchase a gift for my mother in law but she doesn't seem to like anything but smoking, any suggestions?

Why don't you try to make her a nice gift basket you can purchase the basket and all the contents for walmart!  Decorate the basket up all nice and put lighters, ash trays, flavored tobacco, mints, lighter fluid and other smoking related items in there and that will be sure to make your mother in law very pleased and satisfied

A nice potted plant would be good to clean her air.  Ivy is easy and doesn't require much for maintenance.
