With a little searching I was able to find some shoes with the hidden compartment for you. First there are the biking shoes. These look a little rough but maybe could be pulled off as black dress shoes.

The V Creeper shoes come in many different colors. I chose black as the example. Again these have the secret hidden compartment. Men and women both wear these.

Now I was surprise to find these shoes on eBay. There are several different colors and sizes. I just found two that I thought were nice shoes.

I was unable to find any formal shoes with this feature, but I did find a really good source for all other types of shoes with a hidden compartment for you.
