The old wringer washers are kind of hard to come by these days.  You can try Lehmans.  This is a great website for non-electrical appliances.  You can also look on Craigslist.  If you don't find one, you can always place an ad on Craigslist stating what you are looking for.  Estate auctions and garage sales are great places to look for older antique kinds of items.
