I would start out with beginning DVDs for exercise. There are several exercises out there with beginning DVDs. You could do Pilates, Tai Chi, Qigong or Yoga. These will slowly get you into shape. As time goes on you will be able to do more exercises, some for longer periods of time. These kind of exercises are great for your muscles and help with your general health.
