I really like the portioned packets, even at home. That way it doesn't go to waste if the whole bottle is opened. Webstaurant Store sells duck sauce packets in 8 gram portions. You could always split the case with a friend or neighbor so you don't end up with 500 packets yourself. This is a really good website to purchase all sorts of chinese food products.
