We are located in California. Shipping for one item is $14.90 and is shipped USPS Priority mail. We do not rent prom dresses.
The size chart is located near the description of each dress. There is a pink button or a "tab" called SIZE CHART. When you click on it, you will see the size chart for that particular dress. We recommend basing your decision first by the waist measurement, then the bust measurement.
You can also email us your chest and waist measurements and we can help recommend a size for you. Please send us the item number and color of the dress you may be interested in. We can also use this to check if we have it in stock for you.
