Actually you would treat your Nordstrom Personal Shopper pretty much like you would treat your Pizza Delivery Person. Tipping is good but it is not mandatory. However, if you are going to tip then don't be frugal about it and go ahead and tip 3 to 5% depending on what you spend, and also how cordial your delivery person is.

Ask this girl lol... she says she used to be a personal shopper for them. http://www.imshopping.com/member/ShopTillUdrop I would expect they want tip... as do most personal services. Doesn't mean you have to tip a lot though!
