I am looking for a new digital camera. Not too expensive, but good quality pictures.

Personally, my favorite digital camera is the Sony Cybershot. I have had three different models and they all take wonderful pictures. It's easy to use, comes in a variety of colors, and is pretty inexpensive. I took it with me on a trip to Europe and was amazed at the great pictures I got. My mother and grandmother both use different models of the Sony Cybershot as well.

I've also heard great things about the Nikon Coolpix cameras. A good friend of mine who also owns a professional Nikon camera uses her Coolpix just as often as her expensive one! The Nikon Coolpix also comes in a neat variety of colors.
