where can I find a digital camera for under $25?

I recommend the Digital Concepts VGA Micro Digital Camera. It is under $25, and outside of a digital camera, can be used as a video camera or web camera. It has VGA resolution, super slim design, includes X internal memory, and includes PhoTags Photo Editing software.
This is a very basic camera (I have a camera similar to it - similar brand Sakar), so it won't have many features at all. It is more like a beginner's or 'kiddie' camera. One suggestion I have for using this camera is NEVER leave the batteries in it if you are not using it. You lose battery juice even when the camera is turned off!
