This is a great gift for your Dad, I'm sure he will be thrilled to get something of such great quality that will last him many years. I looked at several different designers and your budget will do just fine. I found Gucci to range from $200-$400, they were the most reasonable on a large scale. Fendi and Prada both also have wallets in your range, but just a few to choose from. I hope this helps narrow down your search.
