Does anyone have a decent C++ book? The library's books are kinda outdated (and tiring) and using the internet for tutorials is distracting.

Personally, when I took my first course in programming, I really
enjoyed the text book; eventually when I took an algorithms
implementation and design course, they used the same book, so I guess I
would recommend it. Keep in mind, if you have no experience in
programming, it probably wont come to you easy; but, if you really want
to learn the material, you shouldn't give up.
The book has some really good practice assignments. I used the second edition way back when and it was great. Not sure about the newer editions, but I don't think they would be any worse. The other two books are good too, and each has proved itself to be well worth the investment.
Happy Book Hunting!
