It is important to find the right computer for college. We offer a few nice notebooks that will fit your needs.

The Acer Aspire One Netbook is great for students. It is lightweight at 2.4 pounds and has a battery life of up to 3.15 hours. It operates on Windows XP and has 1GB of expandable memory. It has a 160 GB harddrive. It is also affordable at $289.99. Reviewers say it is easy to use, fast, and compact. If you prefer Windows XP over Vista you may like this one better!

The HP Compaq Presario is a well rated laptop. It is abit heavier at 6 pounds but has a full size keyboard and 250 GB harddrive. Reviewers say it has a long batttery life and is quiet. It operates on Windows Vista and cost $532.57.

If you have an interest in going mobile with your notebook you may like the Toshiba Satellite. It has the ability to access wireless networks to share files, and has a built in webcam and microphone. It has a 320 GB harddrive and operates on Windows Vista.
