I couldn't find a store in the Houston area that sells Compression Earrings.  I did find a place online that sells the earrings.  These have two pressure plates attached to a self-adjusting clasp which gives extra comfort.  These are approximately 5/8" in diameter.  They are decorative earrings with underlying pressure plates.  Please check out the website.  Thank you for your question.
