I looked all over and I think the best and possible only place to find a Coach cell phone cover for the LG is on ebay.
However, I just checked ebay and could not find anyone selling them right now. Maybe check ebay in a week or two, and a seller could have them.
Or send a message to a coach cell phone cover seller and ask if they can find you one for your LG
Good luck, that is not an easy to come by item.
