Battery life, great size long battery life, easy to use, nice feel in the hand.

Cons:

Hard to dial static needs to be replaced again, display could be better, freezes all the time virtual keyboard is annoying. Usually with any new phone/plan you get around 15-30 days to return the equipment is their is any problem or if you just decide you do not want the phone.
