There are actually many wireless contracts out there like this.Verizon Wireless has a basic contract for around $39.99 that includes 450 minutes and you pay a low rate per text or you can add texting as a feature. Sprint also has great basic plans as do most other wireless providers.They recommend you go on the sites and input your location to recieve the offer best for you!
Metro PCSÂ has amazing contracts that will fit into what you want. You can get the $40 monthly unlimited text and talk and you don't even have to give your social security number to apply for it. If you do not like the service, you can cancel without all the fees that other companies charge and the phones are not expensive either.
