The mighty turbo! This interactive cat toy, not only has fast action, but also makes a little bit of an attractive noise as the ball shoots around the ring. The faster the cat bats the ball the more noise is generated. This animated cat toy also has a corrugated scratching surface in the center and cats can't get enough of it!
