Both are above the thigh and reasonably priced. I am not sure of your age but there is a Website that has some of the coolest, most unique and best priced boots out there. DSW has a good selection of thigh high or over the knee boots. "Cheap" is a relative term when you are talking about thigh high boots because of the amount of material needed to make them. http://www.DSW.com has some really nice boots (non patent leather) for under $80. There is more on the website to just visit http://www.dsw.com to see the full range. Your local Burlington coat factory is another great place to check for discounted boots.
