Can Polaroid 664 667 or 669 film be used for a 600 OneStep camera? What kinds of Fujifilm can be used?

No, they can't be used in a 600 camera for several reasons.
1. The format size is totally different, including a different shape and different size(a 669 film pack won't fit in a 600).
2. The 600 cameras don't have the proper roller arrangement to develop peel-apart film. Thus, even if the pack fit, the film wouldn't develop.
3. 600 cameras rely on a battery built into the film pack to power the cameras, which 669 film lacks.
4. Finally, the film speed is quite different. 600 film has an ASA speed of 600, while 669 is either ASA 75 or 125(I forget which).
The only type of film other than type 600 which will fit a 600 camera is SX-70,
