Both http://www.alice.com and Amazon offer online grocery shopping nationwide with free delivery.  The third selection I included lists 50 different places where you can shop online, some with free delivery.

I have not found any where as of yet that doesn't charge you for delivery of your groceries.  It's too bad too because it would make it easier on a lot of people if they didn't charge.
