Can a new customer find a cheaper mobile phone deal?

If you are referring to a cell phone plan deal than yes if you sign up for a new service with a company such as T-Mobile or at&t than they will give you some sort of deal. You will get a deal to start service with them. Usually they will give you a big discount for getting a plan and a phone. So the more pricey phones such as a Smartphone would cost a lot more.
