I'm looking for new book or DVD on new diet or health trend..for JP magazine article...but honestly I feel "diet" is so getting out of style

There are several new plans coming out that are just hitting the infomercial air waves. Most of them are not so much a diet as they are a whole life and body change. Very few "diet" plans now are about the food. Portion control is the only key to that most push. The DVD's coming out are programs like Beachbody's Insanity, Power 90, and of course Turbo Jam. Those seem to be the mainstays. They center around the idea of mixing things up so your muscles and body do not get used to the same old thing. You can try those.
