Wet and Wild carries inexpensive blue and black nail polish colors. Wet and Wild cosmetics are located at retailers such as Walgreens, Rite Aid, CVS and Walmart.

Most stores carry an assortment of nail polish colors, like the black or blue you are looking for. I'd try looking at Target, Walgreens, or even local beauty supply shops. If you have a M.A.C. Cosmetics in your town, try there because they are known for having a wide variety of colors to choose from. Chanel, even though they are a bit pricey, typically has shades that are very dark.
