Safety is important when cycling. I like these bicycle helmets because they provide safety. These helmets have ventilation and provide a comfortable snug fit. They are not tight on your head but fit snug. Try to buy a bright colored helmet, as this will help motorist see you. Also you should look for a sticker inside your helmet to tell what standards it meet. In the U.S. your sticker should say CPSC, this means that it meets the US consumer product safety. Your sticker might also say, "ASTM's F1447 or Snell's B-95, these standards are approved as well. Have a great day!
