I think you are referring to the Immersion stick blender. It is great for blending, puree, and whipping. Emulsify batches of dressing, sauces and soups. 6 Inch immersible shaft. 2 speed control high and low. Removable stainless steel blade. Light and compact. 6 foot cord with plug.
