If you want longer lasting burning times, you'll want to switch to soy candles since they can burn up to 50% longer than paraffin wax candles. They are also better for your home because they're all natural and don't contain paraffin or petroleum and won't increase the CO2 level in the atmosphere.

Also they give off more scent since the soybean oil that they're made out of lowers the melting point of the candle, which translates into cooler burning candles and faster scent dispersion.

So, I did a little research and found Winter Bayberry Soy candles on sale at Kohl's for $7.20 and $9.90
and they are the bigger sized jars that are really spendy!

You can also find a lot of great quality soy candles from people who make them and sell on http://www.Etsy.com. A friend of mine does this and I just love the candles, and you can usually request any kind of scent and they will do it for you but, it will take a few days longer to get the materials. http://www.Amazon.com has some as well.

Hope I've been of help.

There are some really nice candles out there with long burning times available. colonial candle, yankee candle and other sites feature numerous types of bayberry candles. Another place to look offline would be Pier One Imports.

I didn't know anything about bayberry candles until I started researching this, and now I think I need to order some too! I found quite a few places that carry them, but when you look closely you want to make sure they are made with real bayberry, and not just bayberry scented if you want the full effect.

I'm from the northeast, so I couldn't resist the stores that made them up here!

Enjoy!

You can find real Bayberry candles at a number of different online dealers such as www.CapeCandle.com, www.candleshttp://www.tomydoor.com, and www.alleghenycandles.com but in looking online I've found that www.CapeCandle.com had a very large assortment of sizes, shapes and prices, they also sell votives should you need them also.

My Mother-in-law  gave me a lovely BayBerry Candle from Yankee Candle and told me to burn it on Christmas eve so it would give us good health, Happiness, and wealth to the pocket. I really love all the Holiday candles Yankee Candles makes. Like the the vanilla ones, sugar cookie or butter cream. and the one that smells just like hot cocoa!
